The Cayo Perico Heist is a heist that takes place on the island known as Cayo Perico. While the name might sound obvious, the main objective of the heist isn't as apparent.
Some secondary targets are found when you hack into the CCTV camera, but the majority of them are scoped out around the Cayo Perico island. This is quite a tedious process, so we do not recommend scoping the secondary targets if you plan on running this heist solo.
Carefully go to the tower, head through the gate, and climb the ladder to get on the upper platform. You will find the box on your right, solve the puzzle to hack it, and gain access.

If "stealthy" is not your style, you can opt for the full-on assault instead. But you will need the Demolition Charges for this approach.
Take out the crew at the bridge, grab the package, head back out and board the Kosatka to complete the mission.
The first step in starting the new heist is visiting the Music Locker, a new nightclub located underneath the Diamond Casino & Resort that was added to the game with the latest update.
Approach it to initiate the cutscene. Once the scene completes, you’ll be on the island with El Rubio.
Here are the locations of all the bolt cutters on the website island. They are mostly around a red toolbox. If you see a red toolbox, you should consider that location as one of the bolt cutters' spawn locations.
Once you’ve picked up the files, head right to reach a gate with a keycode entry gate, then use the key you got from the guard to bypass it.
You can safely take them out without worrying about being hit with this strategy. It's not manly, but it gets the job done.
